This lovely lady is one lucky girl. Monroe and her sister Marilyn were found running stray six months ago and were taken in by a concerned citizen. This citizen worked with these timid girls to get them out of their shells and back on the road to good health. After hitting hard times, she brought them to PAWS for a chance to get them adopted permanently. Monroe can be a little timid initially but she LOVES people and attention. She is very smart, well-mannered, and does very well with other dogs.
